We do not directly own, sell, or manage the accounts listed on our site.
All transactions are made between independent users.
Because of this, refunds or cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the transaction details and the user’s situation.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be considered in the following cases:
The seller fails to deliver the agreed account or service.
The delivered account does not match the description provided in the listing.
The buyer can prove fraudulent behavior or violation of our platform rules.
To request a refund, the buyer must:
Contact our support team within 7 days of purchase.
Provide proof of payment and all related communication with the seller.
Our support team will review the case and decide fairly based on available evidence.
3. Non-Refundable Transactions
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Buyer changes their mind after completing a purchase.
Buyer fails to follow transaction or verification steps.
Buyer shares or misuses sensitive account information.
The transaction took place outside the SocialSoket platform.
Please note: Once a digital account is delivered, ownership cannot be reversed, so refunds are limited to fraud-related cases only.
4. Cancellation Policy
Buyers can cancel a transaction only before the seller confirms delivery.
After delivery or transfer, cancellations are no longer possible.

Please include your username, transaction ID, and reason for your request for faster resolution.
